I ship via USPS as I have found it to be the most economical shipping option possible. Each item will have a delivery confirmation number which you can use to follow your item to delivery. I will email when your item ships.

If you would prefer that your item ships thru Fed Ex or UPS,please contact me prior to ordering, as the shipping will be increased substantially.
 
I am not responsible for LOST, STOLEN, or UNDELIVERED PACKAGES. Any failure on the part of the USPS to get your package to you is not my fault or reflection of my level of dedication to my customers.. I will do what I can to assist you from my end. 
If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know prior to purchase.
 
Generally shipping of domestic orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 2 weeks. 
 
International orders can average 2 weeks or longer , depending on your locale and Customs . Due to their unpredictable nature, I am not responsible for customs fees incurred from International shipping.
Each International order will have a parcel number that will give some information, but it is not a tracking number that can be used to locate the item.
 
I will ship to the address listed in  your order, so PLEASE review all of your info, as any items returned due to incorrect information will be reshipped at the cost of the buyer.

Order Charges
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance, before shipping. In the case of an Echeck, the order will be shipped when the check has cleared.
As I cannot be responsible for errors made during ordering, PLEASE be certain that all of your info is correct.
 
Sales Tax
I am required to collect and charge sales tax only in my rockin' home state of New Jersey.
 
Back Orders
If an item is not in stock at time of purchase, or temporarily sold out, I will do all that I can to have it available for you asap and will let you know how long it will take to ship to you.
 
Returns and Exchanges
I do all that I can in listing and describing and displaying each item, so that there are no surprises and only joy when you receive them. 
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, by email. 
If we ship you the wrong item, we will happily correct it at once.If something arrives damaged, we will need pictures and notification within 3 days to replace it. Please remember that my goal is for you to love and enjoy the art you receive, but as I have a small business, all sales are final and will not be refunded. 
 
Custom made to order pieces of art are not eligible for return or exchange and are considered final sale, which will be noted in the Shipping & Info tab on each product page.  For these final sale items we encourage our customers to view all descriptions, measurements, and photos, as well as contact us with any questions before purchasing. Items that are eligible for return or exchange, which will be noted in the Shipping & Info tab on all product pages, can be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange, less all shipping fees. Leslie Mehl Art wants its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and shopping experience so if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us for a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your item. Upon review we will email you a return authorization number and further instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please note: returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Express Orders
Please contact me before11am EST to have an order shipped the same day. There is a rush fee, so please contact me before you place the order to make sure the item is available and agree to the extra charges.
